We teach:

Conflict Resolution skills to:

• Infant, Primary and High School students, using the 9 session course Managing Conflict With Confidence

• Teachers and Pre-service teachers, using the teachers’ manual Managing Conflict With Confidence, for application with their school students

• Teachers and Pre-service teachers, to enable them to resolve conflict in their professional and personal lives

• Adults in the workplace

• Community groups.

Mediation Skills to:

• The above groups, including the teaching of Peer Mediation to school students.

We conduct mediations:

·        in the workplace   ·        in schools     ·        for community groups      ·        for families

We conduct personal training in the above skills
